Our Fees

Our professional counseling fees are based on counselor license and credentials. Each counselor's fee is lower than market rate due to our emphasis on ministry. We strive to never turn anyone away for financial reasons. Here are four ways that counseling costs may be covered.
 

Sliding Scale Fee
Fees for licensed counselors range between $35.00-$75.00/session hour.
Fees for clinical interns range between $10-$40/session hour.


Insurance and employee assistance programs (EAP)
We DO bill some EAP's directly such as Compsych and Reliant Behavior Health. Please make arrangements with your counselor and EAP provider before your initial session to ensure coverage.

Because we offer rates below market value and on a sliding scale fee we do NOT bill insurance directly. We are able to provide detailed receipts for services rendered that, if allowed by the provider, may be submitted by the client to go towards their deductible or for reimbursement.

Financial assistance: Some scholarship funds are available to those who qualify. A portion of your counseling fees will be covered for a maximium of 5 sessions.

Partnership: Many churches and other outreach minitries assist with counseling costs. We will help you explore the possibility of third party payment.
