Mike Wolfe

Graduate Level Counselor

From a young age I was raised to cherish marriages and relationships. When asked by my mom, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”, my answer was simple: a husband and a dad. Relationships can be the most rewarding thing on earth, but it takes hard work and commitment for them to flourish. Cornell West states, “There cannot be relationships unless there is commitment, unless there is loyalty, unless there is love, patience, and persistence.” My goal is to help marriages and couples identify, pursue, and reach their goals. Vulnerability is one of the greatest gifts we can give our loved ones as well as ourselves. It allows us to ask the question, “ask not what this relationship can do for me, but what I can do for this relationship!”

Personal Interests

I love to be outdoors, with my favorite pastimes being fly fishing and snowboarding. When not working, you will find me with my family camping, hanging out with friends, and enjoying all that Idaho has to offer.
