Chad Bryan

Licensed Professional Counselor

My goal as a counselor is to offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I believe that our past experiences and early relationships deeply shape how we navigate the world, connect with others, and cope with life’s challenges. I approach therapy through an integrative, attachment-based framework, utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR-informed practices. Together, we can explore patterns with compassion and curiosity, process difficult experiences, and build on values-aligned tools that help you move toward a richer, more meaningful life. Above all, I strive to offer a genuine and safe presence where healing and authentic connection can thrive.

Personal Interests

Outside of the counseling room, I place a high value on staying grounded and connecting with nature and community. Depending on the season, you can usually find me out on the water sailing during the summer or snowboarding in the winter. At home, I’m a proud gardener, love playing the bass guitar, and treasure evenings hosting friends for dinner or gathering around a fire pit.
