In my counseling work I aim to offer a gentle and supportive space where clients feel seen and can begin to explore what healing looks like for them. I believe in a holistic approach that honors the emotional, spiritual, physical, and relational parts of each person’s life. How we see ourselves deeply impacts how we show up in the world, and I’m passionate about walking with clients as they move toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and wholeness. As a Christian, my faith shapes how I care for others and the hope I hold for each person’s healing journey. I value the integration of faith and spirituality for those who desire it, and seek to create a space that feels safe and client-led.

Personal Interests

I love to spend time with my husband and connect with loved ones. I’m always up for an adventure and particularly enjoy camping, long walks (with an iced coffee or matcha in hand!), and paddle boarding.
