Sometimes, life can be challenging, and we may lose hope, needing support and direction. I believe in a holistic, client-led, collaborative approach to wellness that recognizes people are multidimensional and life’s problems often have more than one cause. I use an empowering, evidence-based approach to counseling, helping clients navigate life's challenges to lead rich and meaningful lives. I work with individuals and couples of all ages (15 and above) who face a wide variety of challenges.
I offer a compassionate and supportive space for growth and healing. I support my clients in clarifying what makes life meaningful, addressing painful thoughts, memories, and beliefs, and setting goals that move them toward the life they want.
Choosing a counselor can be a daunting task. Please feel free to contact me to schedule a complimentary consultation so you can see if I am a fit for your needs.
Personal Interests
If I have a spare minute, you will likely find me with a good book. I love investing in my marriage of nearly 30 years. Together my husband and I love to read marriage books, hike, snowshoe, and visit our three adult children and their families.
