As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Christian, I believe in a holistic approach to wellness that recognizes people are three dimensional (body, mind, and spirit). I use evidence-based therapeutic practices, and I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a dynamic and empowering approach that helps couples and individuals live a rich and meaningful life in spite of life's challenges. My work with clients focuses on helping them clarify their values, increase psychological flexibility, and set goals that move them toward the life they want. I see myself as a missionary for sexual wholeness and am pursuing certification with the American Board for Christian Sex Therapists. I desire to offer a compassionate and supportive space for growth and healing.

 Personal Interests

If I have a spare minute, you will likely find me with a good book. I love investing in my marriage of nearly 30 years. Together my husband and I love to read marriage books, hike, snowshoe, and visit our three adult children and their families.
