Hello and welcome! I have been married for 20 years and have the great privilege of raising four beautiful daughters and one mini goldendoodle. After several years of providing pastoral counseling, I felt called to further my education and earn my Master of Arts in Counseling. This journey has deeply enriched my life and provided me with additional tools and training to better support those seeking healing, growth, and wholeness.
I am passionate about creating a safe and welcoming space where each person can process their pain, feel truly heard, and encounter the love and truth that bring lasting transformation. My faith-based approach is grounded in attachment theory, helping clients explore their emotions, understand relational patterns, and develop a greater sense of security within themselves and their relationships. Whether you are navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, it would be an honor to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, hope, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
Personal Interests
In my free time, I enjoy sharing laughter and meaningful conversations with friends and family, watching a great show or movie, and savoring an iced vanilla latte (with whole milk)! We moved to this area almost four years ago and continue to enjoy all the beautiful gifts the Treasure Valley has to offer.
