I’m excited about how as humans we have an amazing capacity for change, growth, and healing. In counseling, I always like to approach our time together with hope and encouragement as we work collaboratively towards your goals.
My aim is to create a safe place so you are able to explore thoughts and emotions - a place where you can be honest and real. I believe this is the environment where we can best heal and develop more fully into the person we were created to be.
I have a passion for helping people to grow in resilience, rooted in their unique identity. I also believe that helping my clients cultivate compassion for themselves can be powerful. It can foster healing for our most tender wounds, enabling us to give love and receive love.
It is an honor to sit with you and have real, honest conversations about what's on your heart. I look forward to hearing your story!
Personal Interests
Outside of the office, you can find me most any day having both hilarious and deep conversations with my family, friends and church community, playing board games, or paddleboarding on a lake or river. I enjoy adventuring around Idaho with my husband of 20 years and our two teenage boys.
