My hope is to offer time, space, and safety for all people who are in need. Life shows up on a regular basis and there comes a time when folks may need support emotionally, physically, mentally, and/or spiritually. My goal is to offer a safe and calming presence for anyone to utilize during these times. I have served in the military, worked for large health corporations, served in ministry, and worked with students of all ages. I have found that all people are looking for ways to encounter true authenticity, connection, and growth. It is my desire to offer support for the journey. I have found Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to be a great foundation to start from in this work. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy offers a lens that gives helpful, non-judgmental, compassionate, values based, and flexible tools to move us towards a full, rich and meaningful life.
Personal Interests
I am a husband and father of two amazing children. In our free time we like to hunt, hike, ski/snowboard, camp, and adventure as much as we can. I enjoy a good cup of coffee. I find beauty and connection through music and nature. I enjoy soccer and am beginning to find a love of rugby as well.
