When I think about my approach to counseling, I think of being present with someone in need. I believe in meeting people where they are at in life. We all go through seasons that are challenging and sometimes we need help navigating through those seasons. I consider it a privilege to come alongside others as they find their way through the difficult and find joy again.

Currently, I see adults (both men and women) as well as  older adolescents (14 years old and older). Please note that I do not provide any kind of custody or parenting evaluations as that is not in my scope of practice.

Personal Interests

My husband and I have 4 wonderful children – three girls, including twins, and a boy. We all love spending time with family and friends. Summer vacations, coffee, and tacos are favorites in our household. I love to make memories and will try just about anything once.
